We may process your Account Data for the purposes of providing to you our Services, satisfying anti-money laundering and know-your-customer obligations, and ensuring the security of the Services, maintaining back-ups of our databases, and communicating with you. (b) We process financial information such as bank account information when you order Services to facilitate the processing of payments (Payment Information). The legal basis for the processing outlined in this section is the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking the necessary steps, at your request, to enter into such a contract and our legitimate interests, specifically our interest in the proper administration of our business and website. Note that all payments are made through bank transactions and no payment gateways are used. In the case of withdrawal of funds, payments can be sent outside the platform only, by initiating a withdrawal request to the admin. The admin shall then verify and approve (if eligible) the request and transfer the requested amount to the registered bank account of the user.
(c) Certain information contained in or relating to any communication that you send to us (Correspondence Data) may be processed by us. The Correspondence Data may include the data associated with the communication, such as content communicated and metadata. The correspondence data we collect may be processed by us to communicate with you and for record-keeping purposes. The legal basis for the processing outlined in this section is our legitimate interests, specifically the proper administration of our business, website, and communication with users.
(d) We may process information included in your personal profile, which may include your time zone, location, and website (Profile Data). The Profile Data may be processed to provide you a better user experience when using the Services. The legal basis for this processing is your due consent.

India has not yet enacted any specific legislation on data protection, however, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (“IT Act ”) has included Section 43A and Section 72A, which outlines certain provisions to data subjects. Additionally, a Personal Data Protection Bill (“PDP Bill”) has been submitted in the parliament and is under review, which if passed, will ensure certain data protection rights to data subjects (which we have exempted from this document owning to the fact that it hasn’t been enacted yet). Some of the information outlined in this section may be complex, all of the details have not been included in our summaries. Accordingly, you are required to read the relevant guidance and laws from the corresponding regulatory authorities for a full overview of these rights.

5. Retaining and deleting personal data
5.1 This Section 5 outlines our data retention procedure and policies, which are designed to help ensure that we comply with relevant legal obligations concerning the retention and deletion of personal data.
5.2 Any personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes will not be retained for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.
5.3 We typically retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and us and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer consent for us to use your information for providing the Services to you, you can initiate a request to us for erasing your personal information and closing your account.

(d) All data is hosted on Digital Ocean servers.
7.3 However, the transmission of information via public networks such as the internet is unfortunately not completely secure. Although we at Trident try our best with the resources available to us to protect your personal data, we in no way can guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted through the Services. Any personal data transmitted will be done so at your own risk. We shall not be held responsible for the circumvention of any security measures or privacy settings contained in the Services.

As of now, we do not store cookies on our website(s), which is subject to change as our systems are updated. Any such changes will be duly updated on the Website and you shall be responsible for periodically checking the websites for any such policies, information, or documentation.

(a) We shall be at liberty to post any changes we seem fit to our Policy on this page at our sole discretion.
